upon request in the apartment or studio for €. 5,00 for

RATES INCLUDES: light, gas for
cooking, water, linen (changed week), wood for fireplace,
final house cleaning, as welcome some little sandwich with
genuine speciality products in my village: ham, salame and
finocchiona, a bottle of wine our's production and a bottle of
mineral water.

30% deposit due at booking.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
CHECK
IN 3,30 p.m - CHECK OUT 9,30 a.m
1) Please leave apartment clean
and in order.
2) Booking is valid upon receipt
of deposit.
3) Number of occupants must be
communicated at booking.
4) In case of cancellation,
deposit will be handled as follows:
• 60 days or more
notice: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 60 days
notice: no deposit will be refunded.
5) Lodging is available beginning
at 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30
a.m. on the day of departure.
6) 150€ security deposit is
required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded at
departure unless damages to the property are incurred
Baby under 2
Usually the baby under 2 years
don't pay, so if there is a family with 2 baby and one of this
is 2 year old, the cost for the apartment in
-
super-high-season would be Euro 1100 instead are
Euro 1000,
-in high season the cost woul be Euro 980,
with a baby are Euro 900,
- in the other season where there
is wrote the price for 3 pers. is the same of 3 pers.
-if
there is a family with only one baby 2 year old, in
super-high and high season the cost is like the example up.
(maybe can decide to rent the studio, where is possible to put
a baby-bed)
In super-high-season and high-season, the cost
of apartment for 2 or 3 adults is always Euro 1100 or Euro
980, because in this season I would like to earn not less that
price.
