fireplace, final house cleaning, as welcome some little sandwich with genuine

wine our's production and a bottle of mineral water.

1) Please
leave apartment clean and in order.

Booking is valid upon receipt of deposit.
3) Number
of occupants must be communicated at booking.
4) In
case of cancellation, deposit will be handled as follows:

60 days or more notice: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
•
Less than 60 days notice: no deposit will be refunded.
5)
Lodging is available beginning at 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must
be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
6) 150€
security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully
refunded at departure unless damages to the property are incurred
